LET'S GET MOVING
Grid’s mission is to help you become your strongest self. The techniques we teach are all based on functional fitness. Our workouts contain different elements of movements including Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning, all which can be modified to your abilities.
We will challenge you, but we also understand that everyone has different goals and we can get you to whatever that goal is. We have great coaches and a great community of members. You can come to our small group classes, sign up for personal training and we can also help you with any nutritional questions or difficulties you have.
We start the workout with a warm-up together. We then head to the whiteboard to talk about the workout and provide tools to tailor the workout to provide a similar outcome for each participant! Then, on to strength and conditioning together, ending with the "Workout of the day" (WOD is what we call it).
Lastly, we cheer until everyone is done. We share sweaty high fives and smiles, because here we build each other up!

It's also a nice perk that there is a Physical Therapist that specializes in the treatment of fitness athletes and enthusiasts on call and able to treat right at the gym outside of the normal 9-5 business hours (wink, wink...) so you don't have to stop working toward your fitness goals due to an injury."
