At the MKE Reign Training Facility, Grid Fit offers an array of classes for your athlete.  FITness Classes centrally located between the Milwaukee and Waukesha area. Feel free to come to as many or as little classes as you'd like with what fits within your schedule.  


Please note that most classes are for ages 13+, however, we do offer several youth strength and conditioning for ages 5-16 yrs.  Reserve the classes you plan attend 24 hours in advance and secure your spot today!

What to expect from the Unlimited  FITness Class Membership:

  • Smaller class sizes too ensure your athlete gets the attention they need to reach their goals.


FIT TO THE CORE (25 min) (ages 13+)

An intense 30 minute core training workout designed to tighten and tone your midsection . The class utilizes your body weight , free weights and resistance bands to challenge your balance , coordination and improve your functional strength.


BELOW THE BELT (25 MIN) (ages 13+)

This 30 min workout is designed to tighten and tone your glutes, strengthen and lengthen your hamstrings and minimize your thighs. This is the perfect class for addressing the what some women identify as their problem areas. 


UPPER CUTS (25 MIN) (ages 13+)

Sculpt and tone a lean,strong upper body like you have always wanted. Each training session is designed to build , which will help fire up that fat burning furnace and pack on lean mass. The more lean mass the more fat you burn. Get ready to gain muscle and build a fit body.

HIIT (25 MIN) (ages 13+)

In this class we will combine strength, cardio, and calisthenic exercises alternating between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less intense activity or even complete rest. The added bonus is the HIIT workouts burn calories for 24-36 hours after you workout.

Strength / Conditioning - Youth (AGES 5-16 YRS) (25 min)

This is a non-aerobic class using weights ( Dumbbells, kettlebells,bands & body weight) to challenge all major muscle groups to become stronger. We focus in the youth class on working all muscles including the stabilizers.


Strength / Conditioning - Adult - 13+ (25 min)

The adult version of our youth strength. Learn some Olympic lifts with dumbbells and put on that muscle . Each class will focus on all major muscle groups.

PUSHING PILATES( 25MIN) (ages 13+)

This is a mat based Pilates class focusing on strength, stability,posture, proper breath control and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups strength and flexibility with and emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. We are "pushing" it by adding some equipment.

BURN 30 (25MIN) (ages 13+)

Cut to the chase with this power-packed, 30 min class that uses weight and resistance to make the most of your workout. Designed to target the whole body.


An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week these classes are designed to push participants harder that they push themselves and to always keep the body guessing .
