We offer strength and conditioning and general physical preparedness training for kids ages 10-15 in our teens class.
Each class is coached by a CrossFit Kids certified instructor. We have over 6 years of experience coaching kids and teens.
Our GridFit Teens classes teach good movement patterns to kids to improve their physical literacy, enhance their sports performance and decrease their chances of sports injuries.
Not only are we working for physical improvement, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
Our Teens classes are meant to be fun so that we can create positive habits that last a lifetime. GridFit provides an active alternative to sedentary lifestyles, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.
